He is an experienced Public Management specialist with experience in some twenty countries across the world, with government ministries, international donor agencies such as USAID and regional bodies such as the SADC. He has extensive experience in Public Financial Management (PFM), internal auditing, program budgeting, risk management systems, and project management. He possesses technical expertise in the modernization and reorganization of financial management divisions and systems centrally and at ministry level; capacity building, training and coaching on accountability and transparency; the introduction of IPSAS Cash-Based Accounting standards; Development of Risk Management Policy; redesign of business processes; capital planning and procurement and forward estimates.
