He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with an MBA in Finance from the University of Durham and over 20 years of progressive experience in financial management, internal audit, and risk advisory across the public and private sectors. He has served as Head of Consulting at RSM Botswana, leading assignments in governance, valuation, budgeting, and compliance, and previously worked as Senior Financial Management Consultant on a World Bank–funded HIV and AIDS Prevention Project in Botswana. His background also includes financial management roles with SMEC International in Zambia and Webster’s (Pty) Ltd in Eswatini. He is certified in IPSAS (ACCA
2015) and Risk Management for Internal Auditors (2025), and has extensive experience with SAP, IFRS/IPSAS reporting, and AfDB and World Bank procedures.
