He has over 25 years of working experience and has worked in more than five countries at a senior Financial Management Professional level in-charge of Accounting, Financial Management, Procurement, Human Resources Management, Administration, and IT Support. He has worked for many agencies including USAID, EU, UN Agencies, World Bank, and Non-Governmental organizations. For all projects he has worked on, he was responsible for setting up financial management operations, developing budgets, cash management, staff orientation, training and evaluation, and related tasks. Other responsibilities included development of project detailed budgets, writing out the Financial Management and Operations Manuals for the projects, managed the cash flow – tranches of cash disbursements based on DIP costing and cash flow pipeline analysis throughout the life of the projects. In all the projects he has worked he has supervised a team of experts who have been assisting him undertake the various responsibilities of providing financial accounting services.  Lameck holds a BSc in Business Management with Accounting and Management Majors, MBA with emphasis in Strategic Management, and MPHIL in Accounting and Finance, and currently concluding a PhD in Accounting and Finance.  He is a holder of a Professional Financial Management Diploma - AICPA & CIMA Adv. DIP MA.
