He is a CPA with a wide range of experience working for Federal agencies as a Finance Officer in various capacities. He has worked for various Federal Agencies where he provided assistance in the formulation of accounting policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient systems of accounting and financial reporting; leadership guidance in financial statement preparation; and in the preparation of the Annual Financial Report (AFR) among other functions.
