Biography
Florence has over 20 years’ experience in procurement where she has undertaken numerous projects that involve but are not limited to monitoring, tracking and updating the Procurement Plans; Procurement and Contracts management across a wide range of goods, works and services; Ensuring effective implementation of contracts, with an aim to achieve probity and proper performance of obligations by both parties; Developing and implementing operational plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), initiatives and projects relating to contract compliance and management; Management of the procurement process on technical evaluation, negotiations, contracts development and award; Contracts monitoring, implementation completion and impact evaluation at close out; Performance Reviews for the Contractors/Suppliers/Services providers; Participation in stakeholder workshops; and Capacity building on procurement. Her qualifications include a Master of Science MSc) in Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in strategic management, Post Graduate Diploma in Purchasing and Supply management and Bachelor of Arts in
