Rosaita has over 22 years post qualification experience working both in public and private institutions. She has experience working in development and relief programmes at the National and County governments in Kenya, Somalia, Puntland and Somaliland funded by government and key donor organizations. She is adept in framework design, data collection, research and statistical analysis. Her key skills include development of tools and strategies to improve on evidence-based programming; thorough knowledge of advanced statistics research methods for monitoring and evaluation, including sampling techniques and use of software for analysis; excellent critical thinker, assessor and analyzer; able to make strategic recommendations as part of evaluation process; excellent communication, representation and presentation skills. Director Resource Mobilization and Communication with National Environment Trust Fund (NETFUND) under the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources and Resource Mobilization Manager with Water Services Trust Fund under the Ministry of Water and Irrigation. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration.
